Charles grew up in rural Western Kentucky and was exposed to the Gospel from an early age. He was graduated from Union University in Jackson, TN in 1977 with a bachelor’s degree in History and Business Administration. At the conclusion of his college experience he made a public commitment to the gospel ministry. After a brief time in construction work Charles pursued training at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN where in 1982 he was graduated with a Master of Divinity degree.
Charles has 14 years of pastoral experience and 3 as an assistant. He has spoken in conferences and revival meetings across the United States and continues to preach regularly in churches. His passion is to see men catch a vision for touching and changing the next generation for Christ. He enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with his family. He met his wife Pam at church in 1978 and they were married in 1980. They have two sons Daniel and Micah, and they make their home in Henderson Co., KY. He is currently a Merchandising Execution Associate with The Home Depot in the greater KY, IN, IL tri-state area and is President of Vision4Living Ministries.

Pam was born and raised in the Whitehaven area of Memphis, TN. Pam has been a wife and home maker for 35 years and a mother for 33. She was converted in her late teens and was married in 1980. Her opportunities for personal ministry include teaching Sunday school, involvement in women’s ministry, discipling women, speaking at women’s conference, and 14 years as a pastor’s wife, all while home educating two sons. Pam’s passion is to see a new generation of women pursue biblical womanhood. She desires that they lay hold of their potential for a Christ centered life. She continues to pursue discipling opportunities with young ladies and women and enjoys serving her family, hospitality development, and home and event decorating.

Daniel’s early years in a pastor’s home gave him opportunity for direct exposure to church and family ministry. He has been involved more directly as an adult in family and teen ministry since 2001 and international ministry since 2004. He worked on staff with a major non profit ministry organization in their home school, student, and administration departments for six and half years. Currently, Daniel is the Director of Operations for Vision4Living ministries. He has led missions’ teams for the last 10 years to Russia, Peru, Argentina, Columbia, Ecuador, and Mexico for Global Encounters (a short term international mission organization). Daniel has a heart for seeing the Church grow in the knowledge of the Gospel and has a heart for discipling others in the same. He has a passion for people seeing the Gospel as the all consuming center of life. He desires that his generation and younger carry the torch of the Gospel mantle. In addition to his interests in leadership development and ministry, Daniel enjoys coffee shops, sports, reading, studying, and spending time with his wife, Michelle. He is also a novice movie buff.
Micah has been closely exposed to and involved in church and family ministry from an early age, since his earliest years were spent in a pastor’s home. He has had three years experience in children’s ministry with a major non profit ministry organization, traveling with them across the United States. He has also served in international ministries, three times in Moscow, Russia and once in Columbia, South America. He served for nearly two years as Purchasing Agent for a non profit organization and with College Plus in San Antonio, TX in sales and marketing for a year and half. He continues to serve with Vision4Living in special projects while working as chief of staff for a state representative in Texas. Micah’s passion is seeing the nation returned to its founding principles. He is avidly involved in and pursuing opportunities that will influence the political process. His interests also include football, reading, and marketing and business development.
Video Director & Producer
Born and raised in the plains of Southern Indiana, Zach has always enjoyed telling great stories, especially through the medium of video and film. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with an emphasis in Film and Technology from Bryan College in 2009, and has since worked on a variety of commercial projects for various companies. However, while in college, Zach realized his skills could be used to help tell the greatest story ever told: the gospel of Christ. Applying God’s command to further his kingdom through his video abilities, doors have opened for Zach to assist a variety of ministries and organizations, including Vision4Living, in spreading their message about the hope we have in Christ. Zach also enjoys studying Biblical apologetics, philosophy, and worldviews, and is a huge sports fan and an avid movie buff.
Born and raised in beautiful Southern California, Michelle has been blessed to be brought up in a family who actively serves in the local church. She has been given opportunities to serve in many areas including children’s ministry, young women’s discipleship, music ministry, and short-term missions to Romania and Russia. Her passion is working with and discipling young women.
Michelle became certified and worked for several years in her father’s tax and financial services company equipping her with the skills she now uses to serve ministries like Vision4Living. Along with her husband, she runs an accounting firm serving non-profits and small business so they can do what they love. She loves to play volleyball or soccer [or any sport for that matter], spending time with friends over coffee, or engrossed in a good book. Her many talents also include being a novice nutritionist and fitness guru. She of course is married to the director of V4L, Daniel.
Marketing & Design
Mindy pairs an expertise in design and long-term marketing strategies with a heart to serve the Lord. Her passion for helping and encouraging believers is evident in her involvement in her church and numerous ministries over the years (including Vision4Living, Revive Our Hearts, and Global Encounters).
Her work in the design industry began in 2004 with an international non-profit ministry based in Chicago. Now a freelance designer, Mindy continues to assist ministries and companies create a cohesive and professional image for their business as well as crafting custom wedding and business stationery for clients around the world.
When not busy in the design world, Mindy enjoys capturing memories with her camera, creating desserts, serving at church, and being a coffee connoisseur as well as traveling to see friends and family.
