We would suggest that you arrive at least 45 minutes before dinner to check-in, but no sooner than 3:30 PM unless you notify us before-hand.

We do not organize carpooling options. We would encourage you to visit our Facebook event page to organize with other attendees. You can also email us and we will refer you to any possibilities we are aware of.

Young adults ages 18+

We understand many people are busy at this time of the year with school or other commitments and may not be able to get the whole time off needed for P4C. Please email us requesting the time you would like to come. Generally, we are able to accommodate your schedule, but you should note that we are not able to provide any discount/pro-ration of registration for partial attendance since we need to reserve your lodging for the whole conference whether or not you will be there all of the nights. Also, we may have difficulty accommodating special airport transportation needs so please contact us prior to registering or making any travel arrangements so that your requests can be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

We will happily accept your rooming requests, but appreciate your understanding that we may not be able to accommodate them since we need to fill each cabin to its capacity. Please email rooming requests at least 3 weeks prior to the conference. Requests made after that time generally cannot be accommodated as housing assignments are being finalized by that time.

If this is you, please email us for more information! We will likely be happy to have you, but you may want to note that we do not have any couple’s housing available.

We will take these requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are in need of an extra night’s stay because of travel constraints, we may be able to offer one night’s stay for an additional cost of $50. But please don’t make any arrangements until you check with us. For all requests, please email us with the details.

We do not offer group/church discounts. The registration cost is as stated per person.
