Where will the event be held?  What is the address of the facility?

When will doors open and check-in begin?

Doors open and check-in begins at 4:30pm.

What does the registration fee cover?

The adult registration fee covers attendance and any handouts.  Kids attending the children’s program will be provided with and all supplies for participation (crafts supplies, etc.).

When and how will I get confirmation of my registration?

Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you within three business days of submitting your online registration form.

Can I register at the door?

Registration closes February 13. There will be no at-the-door registration.

Can the facility accommodate wheelchairs?

Yes, the facility is wheelchair accessible.

What are our housing options?

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa/Rocky Point Island (2 miles from TPA airport and about 20-25 min from church)

Residence Inn Tampa Suncoast Parkway at NorthPointe Village (This hotel is only about 10 min from the church but is a bit more in cost.)

Can I come for only part of the conference?

Yes, you are welcome to attend as little or as much of the conference as you are able.  Please keep in mind, however, that we are unable to offer any discounts for partial attendance.

What should I wear to the conference?

Casual dress will be completely appropriate for the casual atmosphere.

Do you offer group or church discounts?

In order to make the event affordable for everyone, we are not offering any group or church discounts.  We are not able to discount the registration prices any further that the prices listed on our registration page.

What airport options are there for flying?

·   TPA – Tampa International Airport (30 minutes from church)

·   ORL – Orlando International Airport (Approximately 2 hours from church)

Will meals be provided, should I bring my own food, and are their dining options nearby?

No meals will be provided to adults or kids.  If you would like to bring your own food and picnic supplies, there is plenty of room outside for picnicking.  There are also a number of dining options nearby ranging from fast food to sit-down restaurants.  Check out nearby options listed by Google.

Will my kids be nearby?

Yes, the children’s program will be in the same building as the adult sessions.

Will there be a nursing mother’s room?

Yes, there will be a nursing mother’s room available with a live video feed of the conference.

Will there be a nursery provided?

We will not be able to provide a nursery for children under the age of 4 and we encourage you to find a babysitter for them.  If you need to bring your young children into the session, please be considerate of those around you and promptly take them out of the auditorium if they become a distraction to other attendees.  We ask that you do not bring your children to the adult small group time.
